MEDICAID State Insurance
At Zion Counseling and Wellness Enrichment Center, LLC., we accept clients with this medical coverage through services provided with several other agencies. You may be able to see your selected Zion therapist through an intake completed under a different company that the therapist works at. The intake appointment might be done with your therapist, however, paperwork and billing may be completed through a different company name - as Zion is not in network with state covered insurance plans. Call us to find out more about this process or obtain a referral to other agencies who do accept CareSource, Molina, Buckeye Community clients.
SELF PAY
We proudly accept clients with no insurance coverage, or those whose deductibles and patient responsibility amounts are too high to consider using insurance. This actually allows us to have more flexibility as insurance poses various limitations. Let us help you navigate the self pay process, through sliding fee rates, and payment options for services.
